What is your favorite part about San Antonio so far?
To be honest, I haven’t really been many places, but I liked the riverwalk, there’s so much to do there. I know that’s probably the standard answer.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I’ve just been setting up the apartment since I’ve been here, and we’ve been travelling and pretty busy. I just chill, take care of my body, and when my girlfriend visits we’ll get out and try to explore. That’s pretty much all I do in my free time right now.
What movies or shows do you like to watch?
My girlfriend’s a movie guru, she always gets on me for not really watching too many. As far as shows, I like Californication and Shameless as well. Those are kind of the go-tos for me when I’m not just watching football on the TV.
What can you tell us about the expectations and the goals for the new season?
I mean, we’re here to win. As players and coaches if we aren’t doing that, we aren’t doing our jobs. We’ve got a good group of guys, everyone’s competitive, and everyone’s moving together in the right direction, so we’re excited to really get started.
What can you tell us about Head Coach Alen Marcina? What have you learned from him so far this preseason?
It’s all very black and white, everyone knows what to expect in terms of the standards. No one is in between any decisions, everyone knows what the goals are, what we want to achieve, and how to achieve them.
What’s your message to the fans as one of the new guys in the squad?
We’re here, we’re revamped, we’re going to take everything that we can this season, and we’re ready to get going.
