The United Soccer League today unveiled the schedule for the participating clubs in the Western Conference of the first USL Academy Cup event, which is set for October 11-14 at Star Soccer Complex in San Antonio.
The first of two regional qualifying weekends, October’s Academy Cup group stage games will see teams at the U-17 level compete with San Antonio FC hosting Orange County SC to kick things off, kickoff set for 3:00 p.m. CT.
The 21-game slate will run through Monday, October 14 with three noon kickoffs between OKC Energy FC-USL Omaha, El Paso Locomotive FC-Ventura County Fusion, and Tulsa Roughnecks FC-San Francisco Glens FC closing out the long weekend.
