Machop Chol and Luis Solignac record scores in 3-1 win
HARTFORD, CT (April 20, 2024) – San Antonio FC locked up its first win on the road this season, defeating Hartford Athletic 3-1 Saturday.
Wasting no time on the attack, Lucas Silva bent in a cross from the corner of the box to find a diving Machop Chol for the finishing touch in the 7th minute. Hartford pulled the score back even in the 28th minute with a goal of its own.
San Antonio grabbed the lead again the 79th minute, this time provoking pressure to force a Hartford own goal. In his first minutes back from injury this season, Luis Solignac converted a penalty kick in the 86th minute to secure all three points for the Alamo City club.

San Antonio FC is back on the road next week to take on Miami FC Saturday, April 27. Kickoff is set for 6:00 p.m. CT, and the match will be broadcast on ESPN+. This season is presented by Toyota.
